Your Richlandtown Borough Team

Kimberley Fox

Council President / Fire & Police Liaison

Term ends 2025 - Kim.Fox@richlandtownborough.org

“When I bought my home at the end of 2021, I had fallen in love with our community here in Richlandtown. I knew I quickly wanted to become involved and joined our Parks and Recreation Committee as a volunteer once we had settled into our new home. Everyone I have come across in town has been so friendly and I truly believe that I have some wonderful neighbors. I became a member of council in 2023 and shifted to the role of president in 2024. My goal is to do what is best for the residents, help people be prepared for whatever life throws our way, and keep the town informed of what is going on. Please do not hesitate to come to any of our meetings so that you can ask questions and know what is going on in our town.”

Floyd Bless Jr.

Council Vice-President / Finance Chairman And Public Works Co-Chairman

Term ends 2025 - Floyd.Bless@richlandtownborough.org

“I started going to Council meetings out of interest about the Borough and that led to me running for election. So far, I have served on the Council for 43 years while also being an active member of the Richlandtown Fire Company for 62 years and still going strong! In all that time, you can say I’ve learned a thing or two about the Borough! From it’s infrastructure (streets, public buildings, and parks) to our ordinances and finances.”

Jennifer Geese

Council Member / Parks & Recreation and Personnel Chairwoman

Term ends 2027 - Jennifer.Geese@richlandtownborough.org

“I have been a resident of Richlandtown Borough since 2017 and a member of council since 2022.  With a background in HR and event planning, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I'm all about making sure everyone's voice is heard and that we're working together to create positive change. Whether it's organizing community events or tackling important issues, I'm always ready to roll up my sleeves and get things done. I believe in the power of collaboration and believe that every individual has something valuable to contribute. So, if you ever need someone to listen, advocate, or plan an awesome event, I'm your go-to gal! Let's make our borough an even better place to live, work, and play.”

“I moved to Richlandtown Borough in 2019 and became a volunteer on the Parks & Recreation committee in 2023. I was recently appointed to Council in January 2024.  I’m a family man, married with one son, a stepson & stepdaughter, and two dogs. I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball and walking everyday with my wife and dog through the Borough. I enjoy volunteering my time and giving back where I can, especially to my community! I look forward to this opportunity to serve the Borough.”

Wayne Codner

“I am a first-generation immigrant who was born in Kingston, Jamaica, WI.  I grew up in Easton, PA and graduated from Easton High School.  After graduation, I completed Basic Training at Parris Island, SC and served in the U.S Marines honorably while being stationed in Huntsville, AL, Camp Lejeune, NC and Okinawa, Japan. After my tour, I utilized the GI Bill to earn an associate degree from Lehigh County Community College.  After gaining my credentials in Respiratory Therapy, I moved to New York City and worked full-time while acquiring my bachelor's degree from Columbia University.  After meeting and marrying my wife, I moved to Richlandtown Borough and created a family business while earning my master’s degree from the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University.  I believe that elected officials should actively listen and prioritize serving the public. I take pride in being a part of this community we call home. To me, Richlandtown Borough is the “Jewel of the State”.
